Your team's document mess, organized and answered by Treant.
Your team waits on each other for answers buried in files, chats and folders. Treant finds them in seconds, run by us in our cloud or on your own servers.
Sound familiar?
Hunting for files
The answer is somewhere in a drive, a chat or an email thread. Finding it takes longer than the work itself.
Knowledge in one head
Some things only one person knows. When they are away, or leave, the answer goes with them.
Private files, outside AI
Most AI tools want your documents on their servers. For client data, that is not an option.
Ask anything. Get the answer, not a pile of files.
Treant is built to search every tool your team uses, link related documents into a graph, and answer with sources you can check. Each team only searches what it owns. Launching soon.
Ask like a person. Get proof, not guesses.
Type a question the way you'd ask a colleague. Treant searches by meaning and by exact words at the same time, so it finds the runbook that says "rollback steps" when you asked about a failed deploy, and still catches the exact error code. Every sentence points to the document it came from, and the team that owns it.
- Meaning and exact words, searched together. Names, codes and error messages are never lost.
- Every claim is cited. Click a number and read the exact passage without leaving Treant.
Redeploy the last good release, then follow the rollback steps in the runbook. The same fix closed incident #214 after ERR_DEPLOY_502.
Hover or tap a citation to read the exact passage.
Smarter search that spends less on AI.
One good result leads to the rest. Treant follows links between your documents, so it asks the AI less and answers faster.
Marketing searches Marketing's sources, plus what everyone shares.
Permissions keep it safe. Team scope keeps it relevant.
Every search passes two filters before the AI reads a single line. Are you allowed to open this file in the original tool? Does it come from your team's sources? Treant does both, out of the box.
All your tools, one search.
Connect Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Gmail, Slack and the other tools your teams already use. Treant is built to sync in the background and fetch only what changed since the last run, so answers stay current without re-indexing everything. Need it right now? Press Sync now.

Browse your documents by category in the sidebar. Categories are suggested by AI, and you approve each one.
Open a preview of any file without leaving Treant, and ask the AI assistant about what you're reading. Search sits on top, always one click away.
Watch one answer get made.
Treant finds the sources. You see every step.
Only the sources your team owns.
No AI call in this step.
Redeploy the last good release, then follow the rollback steps in the runbook. The same fix closed a similar incident.
Swap the model, and your sources stay the same.
Every search passes two filters.
Your permissions
Real permissions are copied from each source, like Google Drive and GitHub. They decide who may see a file.
Your team's sources
Team scope decides what is searched: your team's own sources first. Any team can connect any source, for example Marketing's Drive folder and DevOps' Drive folder.
Search wider is one click away when you need everything you're allowed to see.

Still curious?
Ask the founderTreant is built to check real permissions before the AI sees anything. With a cloud AI model, the passages needed for an answer are sent to the model provider to write it. Only a Private instance with a local model keeps everything on your own servers.
Treant follows the permissions of each original tool, and anything unclear is treated as private. It can't fix a file that is shared too widely, but team scope keeps a team's answers to its own sources by default.
Every answer cites the documents it used, and you can open them inside Treant. Like any AI it can still be wrong, so check the source for anything important.
There is no traditional self hosting, but we do have a managed private instance. It runs on your servers with your local models, and we manage it for you.
