Treant Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Treant website, treant.app, before launch. Treant is run by its founders, David Zlatanoski and Ivica Petojevik, based in Slovenia ("we", "us"). By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Treant is pre-release

Treant is still being built. Everything on this site describes what we're building toward, not a finished product. Features, pricing, plans and launch dates may change or be dropped before launch, and nothing here is a promise or an offer you can accept. Final terms for the product will be published at launch, and you'll agree to them before you use it.

Signing up

  • Use your real name and a business email address you're allowed to use. Don't sign up on someone else's behalf without their permission.
  • Joining the waitlist or applying for the pilot program doesn't guarantee a spot. Pilot places are limited, and we choose which companies to invite.
  • If your company joins the pilot, we'll agree on a separate pilot agreement with you first. That agreement, not these terms, covers the pilot.
  • You can leave at any time by emailing privacy@treant.app.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That means no spam or fake sign-ups, no attempts to break into or overload it, and no automated scraping of its content.

The Treant name, logo, text and designs on this site belong to us. You're welcome to share links to the site and quote it with credit, but don't copy it or use our brand to suggest you're connected to us.

The site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the laws of your own country.
